Welcome to JaipurDelhiTaxi.co, a service provided by Aayan Tours And Travels. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. **Booking and Payment**:
– The customer shall pay the car rental fare as per the rates and payment schedules mentioned on the website at the time of booking.
– A valid ID card is required for booking. A token amount may be required to confirm your booking.

2. **Service Use**:
– The customer agrees that using services provided by JaipurDelhiTaxi.co is at their sole risk. JaipurDelhiTaxi.co disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the condition, quality, or fitness of services.
– JaipurDelhiTaxi.co will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the car rental service, including but not limited to delays, non-availability of taxis, or any system failures.

3. **Liability**:
– JaipurDelhiTaxi.co shall not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by the customer due to the failure to provide services or any other reason beyond its control.
– Customers are advised to take full responsibility for their luggage/belongings. JaipurDelhiTaxi.co will not be liable for any loss or damage to personal items.

4. **Cancellation and Refund Policy**:
– Cancellations can be made by calling 09664259084.
– Cancellation charges apply as follows:
– **Within 6 hours** of scheduled journey: 100% of the booking amount (Maximum Rs. 2500).
– **Between 6 to 24 hours** of scheduled journey: 50% of the booking amount (Maximum Rs. 1000).
– **Before 24 hours** of scheduled journey: Rs. 500 from the booking amount.
– If the booking is made without inquiring about trip charges, Rs. 250/- will be deducted as a cancellation charge.
– Refunds will be processed within 10-12 working days through the same online mode.

5. **Additional Charges**:
– **Taxi Waiting Charges**: Rs. 200/- per hour for waiting beyond 30 minutes of the scheduled departure.
– **Multiple Pick-ups**: Rs. 200/- per additional pick-up.
– **Rate Variations**: Rates may vary on holidays and festivals.
– **Highway Preference**: Extra fare applies if the New Delhi-Jaipur Super Expressway is preferred.
– **Parking Charges**: Not included in the standard fare and will be billed separately.
– **Delhi Airport Pick-up/Drop**: Fares apply to Delhi Airport locations; different locations may incur additional charges.

6. **Modifications**:
– JaipurDelhiTaxi.co reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review the terms regularly.

7. **Dispute Resolution**:
– Any disputes will be referred to an Arbitrator appointed by JaipurDelhiTaxi.co, following the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The courts of Jaipur, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters arising from the use of services.

8. **Communication**:
– By using our services, you consent to receive booking confirmations, itinerary information, and other relevant communications via SMS or voice call.
